In this deeply restful practice, you are guided into a calm state between wakefulness and sleep that is deeply meditative where the brain can relax. This is a state where the body rests while the mind is still conscious and able to create a calm state where you work with deep physical restoration, clearing old and unhelpful thoughts and patterns of thinking, while creating more of what you want in your life.
