In this practice, we also draw our awareness through our body using guided Yoga Nidra techniques specific to support deeply restorative sleep.
In this deeply restful practice, I guide you through the four stages of brain wave activity (beta, alpha, theta and delta) to create a state between wakefulness and sleep. This is a state where the body rests while the mind is still conscious and able to create a calm restful state for itself to support healing, rest and resilience.
